Summer is here in Texas, and the beaches will come alive with families and friends. They come, they play, they leave behind trash. Here at Seaside Resurrections, we look for ways to turn that trash into treasures. We’re not the only ones doing it. The Smithsonian’s “Ocean Find Your Blue” project featured the following article on Beach Trash Sculptures.

The art is amazing and the amount of trash the artists are able to source is heartbreaking. So as you enjoy the art, think about how much trash ends up on our beaches and in our oceans.
